Despite some minor inconveniences with check-in and room readiness, the location was unbeatable, with easy access to Broadway theatres and nearby subway stations for convenient travel around the city. The room, though simple, provided a comfortable stay with clean amenities and a central base for exploring all that New York City has to offer.

As a avid marathon runner, I appreciate a hotel's dedication to fitness. The Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel impressed me with its well-equipped gym. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The cozy rooms and central location added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for fitness enthusiasts like myself.

The staff is incredible, the breakfast sensational, the ocation is stunning short walk to Times Square and many attractions.

Rooms were comfy, clean. Central location was a big plus. Some staff were super helpful, like Michael and Carolina. Free bus tour ticket mishap, but overall good experience. Buffet was pricey for the quality. Joycielyn from housekeeping was fantastic, always going above and beyond.

We loved location and staff, they were excellent. Comfy beds, flat-screen TV, a safe, tea and coffee making equipment in the room. Our check-in was good. Besides, there was parking onsite.

They asked to pay $ 27 per 24 hours to get access to the net, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

This hotel appeared to be unappealing, however its staff and location were wonderful. Positioned in the safe area, near to Broadway, Times Square, on 7th Ave and 50 metres from subway station, the shopping area.

Peter provided exceptional service, including a food voucher and hop-on-hop-off bus tour tickets. The hotel offered great meeting facilities, nearby restaurants, and quick elevators. Just be prepared for some hidden fees and communication lapses on billing and room readiness.

I chose this hotel for a roundtable discussion and found its Facilities to be excellent, including wireless Internet access, multiple dining options, 24hr room service, Health club with spa services, business center. The large desk with ergonomic chair provided a comfortable work area.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of complimentary premium Wi-Fi for efficient business operations.

Additionally, the hotel offers a ticket service for popular New York shows, which made it convenient for me to enjoy some entertainment during my limited free time in the city.

The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants and all the sights around Times Square within walking distance. You can easily hop on the nearby subway lines to explore different parts of the city. the staff, from receptionists to the restaurant and bar staff were all so friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and nicely decorated, and I loved the in-room breakfast options. the bar/lounge area is cozy, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing.

One thing that could be improved is the size of the beds in the room. They were a bit narrow, especially if you are sharing with a family or friends.

Busy but upscale hotel with friendly and helpful front desk staff. the room was well laid out with a convenient bathroom and a comfortable bed. the double window screens helped filter noise and ensure a dark room for better sleep. the hotel had a nice bar area that transformed into a Starbucks in the morning, offering a variety of food and beverage options.

The room overlooked a busy street, resulting in persistent traffic noise until around 10 p.m. the wireless service in the room was mostly good, but there were occasional periods of slow connection.

we had a nice stay at a hotel close to Times Square 🌟 the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, being near the subway and tour bus stop. the breakfast buffet staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our mornings enjoyable.
